This Saturday we’re going to Pack the Park for Pack a Sack!
46% of Pasco County students, totaling over 39,000 children, depend on free school meals. Even more alarming, an estimated 10 to 15% are uncertain about where their next meal will come from. …that’s something we just cant abide by.
Join John Kelly at Sims Park in New Port Richey, This Saturday as he broadcasts live for Pack the Park going on from 10AM till 3PM. Pack the Park for Pack a Sack will raise funds to provide meals for children while creating a free, fun-filled community event. Each Pack A Sack bag provides sustenance for a child on Saturday and Sunday. It costs approximately $6 per bag, that’s a small investment for a big impact!
Come enjoy 90 different vendors and activities, including a Dog Costume Contest, Food Trucks, Pumpkin Painting, Raffle prizes, Scavenger Hunt, and much more! There will also be entertainment by the Seven Springs Middle Chorus, Gulf Middle Cheerleaders, and Mary-Anne’s School of dance. Title Sponsors include The Rotary Club of New Port Richey, Florida Medical Clinic Foundation of Caring, BayCare, George’s Wholesale Tire Pros, and Southeast Personnel leasing.
