July 4th, celebrate America’s 250th Birthday at the Fisherman’s Shack!
It’s their annual Homemade Raft Race presented by Twisted Tea and Sun Cruiser! John Kelly will be there this Saturday broadcasting live from noon till 2. Gather your crew, build a homemade raft, and race for cash, prizes, and bragging rights. This hilarious event is a local staple that requires creativity and craftsmanship. It’s free to enter and all rafts must be handmade and self-propelled. Styrofoam, plywood, empty buckets, anything that floats! No paddle boards or motors. Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Up to 500 dollars in cash prizes.
