CARES Senior Health Clinic is a non-profit that serves over 900 patients who are 55 years and older, low income, and uninsured. It’s a wonderful community clinic with programs for wellness and chronic health issues. Come by and find out everything that CARES offers. You’ll have a chance to win prizes as well as Publix gift cards up to $10!
