This brand-new 11,000-square-foot freestanding emergency department will provide 24-hour emergency care for patients of all ages, with advanced diagnostic technology. Once open, HCA Florida Sunlake Emergency will be part of the largest network of care in the state of Florida, HCA Florida Healthcare. Inside you’ll find private exam rooms, a fully equipped trauma room, ambulance access, and a full suite of onsite services including laboratory testing, X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasound imaging.
This new facility will be an extension of HCA Florida Trinity Hospital’s emergency services, which treated more than 74,000 emergency patients last year alone. This Family Fun Day event will include a wide range of hands-on family activities, including a teddy bear clinic and emergency vehicle touch a truck, designed to acquaint family members with the healthcare professionals who will be caring for the community.
